I've been using hostplay.com to host my fergus dollar store website for a while now.
I initially picked this host for it's pricing and package options and I couldn't be happier with the service they provide.

I rate hostplay.com offshore hosting (http://www.hostplay.com) 100% in their support and everything.
Uptime has been rock solid! Web page loads fast and my visitors do not complain. Overall, a good host, and enjoyable to use.
