Good hosting experience with exmasters.com team - they know what they do!
I run a forum on it and I didn't expect a host to be that fast. The forum is running very smooth, and the bandwitdh is much for such a cheap price.

I have been Exmasters.com customer for many years. My site has traffic from Europe and also the US.
They are very good service, excellent customer service via chat and email. Control panel has a lot of good software like blog and forum.

Top service, had VPS before, now on a dedicated server without any problem more than a year. Friendly and fast technical support, you can't go wrong with Exmasters.

It seems to me that Hostunmetered.net and their London Unmetered servers (https://www.hostunmetered.net/dedicated-servers/) will meet your requirements.
Their servers are fast. The pages load fast, day or night. They have a well balanced system over there.
They are always willing to take that extra step.

I highly recommend Exmasters.com service. They're easy to reach, always write back, and the chat method is good too!
Hurry up, they are offering nice special: Double RAM or HD space with any VPS or dedicated plan (using code "dbram" or "dbhdd").
