Cheap shared accounts from rockhoster.com and avansit.com are nice for me and I have to make a right choice, so what should I do?

Rockhoster.com will be a good choice. Great webhost, they are well experienced despite the prices I'm used to.
The technical support team is by far the best I have ever dealt with.

Rockhoster has very good hosting capabilities, they have provided great service to me time and time again. They have great customer service, good features, great uptime. Couldnt ask for more.

Well, Rockhoster.com is just a great host, i started using it and it has been great for me.
I'd recommend it to pretty much anyone... small website owners and large ones. Prices are also great for what they offer for you.
