I have concluded that Libertyvps.net is the best offshore host around in uptime. It seems simple to set up better hardware and earn money. Recommended.

Just want to say that avansit.com is nit the only company to sign up with, deals from hosting.uk are worthwhile as plans are full-featured and uptime is high.
