Servers from kvchosting.net and hosting.uk are good enough to sign up with and I wonder which one the best is for hosting a forum?

Use servers from hostingsource.com (https://www.hostingsource.com/dedicated-servers/) and hostround.com (https://www.hostround.com/hosting/usa-dedicated-server) as they are proven to be the best to sign up with.
