As for support, I never encountered any serious problems with their staff.
Sometimes the staff gives weird replies but overall, rockhoster.com team get the work done.

I have had no issues with Rockhoster.com (http://Rockhoster.com/) at all and have moved three other client's website to them. They may be a few dollars more expensive, but certainly worth it.

What I want to say is that Rockhoster.com (http://www.Rockhoster.com/) is quite good option for hosting websites and also registering domains.
I have an issue in one small area Technical Support almost impossible to get them on the phone and the live chat service is really a hit or miss you never really know when they will be available. They even have nice scripting extras and spamassassin.
