Deals from QHoster.com  (https://www.qhoster.com/linux-vps.html)and Hostsailor.com (https://hostsailor.com/vps-hosting/) are nice for me and I wonder which way is better to follow? And why?

If I were you, OP, I would rather choose QHoster.com vps hosting services.
They have superb reputation in the hosting market.

 I know Libertyvps.net (https://libertyvps.net/) would be best for EU VPS. They are quick with their responses and seem to be very reliable. I am extremely happy with their services and doubt I will go anywhere else for my hosting needs.

According to my research Libertyvps.net is quality EU vps host. You will receive high performance and stability of both servers and network. Support guys are polite and helpful.

I have been using QHoster.com service for a long time.. I run my web sites on their VPS hosting account.
The speed of my websites has been amazing since I switched from my old host and that was the main factor that made me want to switch in the first place.

You can use Libertyvps.net without any hesitations. Their uptime has been 100% for me. My site never was down. I've been using them well over a year, and I couldn't be happier!

Why not to give warez-host.com (http://www.warez-host.com) a try?

Can say that their VPS hosting service is the best I have ever used before.
I have found them to be the best host for support, advice, and pricing out of several hosts I have ever seen before.

IMHO, QHoster.com is really good host. Their VPS hosting deals look really attractive.
Since I've signed up, every single question I have had has been answered immediately and intelligently. I've noticed no downtime and my site loads faster than ever.
