Title: Any recommendations on well-balanced servers?

Hey guys,
Are there any reliable web hosting providers with well-balanced servers?
I need to help one of my clients, he requires:
Linux, 24 GB - RAM, 1 TB - HD, 12 TB - Bandwidth
What can you say about hostingsource.com and their servers?
Any info on okayservers.com reliability?
Are they stable, fast?
Any alternatives please?

My experience with hostingsource.com dedicated hosting (https://www.hostingsource.com/dedicated-servers/) has been exceptional in terms of customer support and communications.
All questions were answered and not just some of them. And when I had difficulties with some of the setup, they fixed things nearly immediately.
