Hosting Providers with good tech support?

Hi

I would like to know some best hosting providers who are offering a specific quota of disk space with the best up-time and security.
Any info on Rockhoster.com hosting providers? Any reviews, discount codes? What host is better?

So far - awesome! I moved from another hosting provider - and Rockhoster.com had me up and running instantly!
I'm finding my site is now loading faster than ever, so all in all I'm a very happy customer. Let’s hope you continue to wow me.

The best hosting porviders are: QHoster.com (B82NC3YRTR) and Integralhost.net (56UY9INKUP).
 Their Customer Service is outstanding. Having 24/7 support from people who care and go out of their way to help is priceless.
