I don't have idea about these providers as i did't purchase anything from these providers.
But i have purchased hosting with hosting.india.to and they provide great support to their customers.

1 more thing if you are a beginner and want guidance then you can also check tutorial.

Recently needed a PHP web host so I decided to give QHoster.com a try. This is a straight-forward, easy to use service provider.
Their support team are more than great, I even asked them to change the bill due-time and they did without any extra charge. I will never ever switch from them.
