Comparing EU servers from QHoster.com (https://www.qhoster.com/dedicated-servers.html) and ASVhost.com (https://asvhost.com/dedicated-servers/), which way is better to follow?

You can send an email to a potential web hosting service and judge their customer service, firsthand.

Excellent support, excellent response time...I would highly recommend centohost.com EU servers (https://www.centohost.com/dedicated_servers.php). The price is very reasonable compared to other hosts I've seen.

Rockhoster.com and hosting.uk plans are full of useful resources which can be right for you.
I have found these guys very competent & dedicated. As far as the price is concerned, they are quite good in price & offering very cheap rates to customers with great response & services.
