Despite of being a numerous benefits to these kinds of servers such as being the managed servers, most secure and maximum storage space, there exist some Disadvantages too.
Let us learn some of them:
-   Privacy may get hampered as we be the whole sole manager of the dedicated server, in case of any mistake we may lose our data.
-   Unless and until you find a perfect techier for managing the servers you find it very hard to with it.
-   Dedicated servers are way too expensive
