VPS accounts from hosting.uk and legionbox.com (https://legionbox.com/virtual-servers/) are to my liking and I have to select the best one, so which way is better to follow?

Try to contact exmasters.com team, tell them your requirements and see what you'll get exactly.
I have never seen such user support. Trouble tickets or questions were answered in minutes not hours.

The best VPS providers in Europe are: rockhoster.com and owned-networks.net.
Their Uptime is great and have dedicated staff to help customer.

I can still advise you to evaluate hostinger's tariff plans. I have experience with this provider. And I am generally pleased with the cooperation. And there are no perfect services. All providers have hardware problems.

Diskspace and Bandwidth are good. I have been using cloudarion.com (http://www.cloudarion.com/) for over 9 months. It has been great, server uptime is perfect.
It is a solid hosting provider whose entry-level services can scale according to your needs.
