Tzulo.com is the host you can rely on in any situation. They have lots of useful tools and they work great.
Their support team always gets to my support tickets in a timely manner and being able to call someone 24/7 is a real nicety.

Try considering centohost.com server hosting deals. Very good with their standard products.
Their reliability and price makes up for it though as it is very seldom that I do require to contact their support desk.

I would normally look for in below order:
Support (Technical support is very important), Value for Price (you will get what you pay for), Uptime, Reliability!

I am 100% happy with these VPS hosts: Exmasters.com , Inmotionhosting.com and Cloudarion.com - they are professional. Their Customer service and Support staff were friendly and helpful.
