I have been using kvchosting.net enterprise ssd vps hosting for over 2 years now and they rock.
They are a budget host, and you have to know your stuff since their service does not include helping newbies.

Give cloudarion.com a try. The speed is amazing, very reliable, the support is fantastic (we needed a server reset, they done it within 20 minutes), the price is great!. Can't fault these guys!

I found digitalserver.com.mx provider - their Mexico dedicated servers look quite good.
What host is better? And why? Alternatives?

Take a look at canspace.ca shared hosting deals (zero overselling, great uptime, fast speed).
I would recommend them to anyone who needs hosting at a great price, with all add-ons included in that price.

I have been with Hostunmetered.net (managed unmetered server) for 9 months, and uptime has been 99.94%. All my questions have been answered within 10 minutes of submission. Server is fast, uploading files is fast, price is low.

I've been with Hostforweb.com shared hosting for more than a year and so far I'm very happy.
I know from personal experience that their chat support is online 24/7 and I personally use it quite a lot.

To me the hosting experience with Cloudarion.com is more personal and that extra level of service is easily worth the few extra bucks.
It's satisfying to be able to quickly handle the technical side of hosting my site and remain focused on improving the content.

I would normally look for in below order:
Support (Technical support is very important), Value for Price (you will get what you pay for), Uptime, Reliability!

I can also suggest you comparing these web hosts:
1) Liquidweb.com
2) Canspace.ca
3) HostingSource.com
Web site hosting no longer needs to be a long and tedious search, so you need to do your best in order to choose the right web host.

Take your time to consider digitalserver.com.mx Mexico dedicated servers - the price for them is great. Great host, haven't had any problems so far.
I like their tech support, where you can talk to their support team on msn, but they aren't on 24/7 which would be better.

Features are excellent. Will definitely continue using kvchosting.net SSD web hosting service.
The Uptime is great, I've never had any down time and my visitors are happy with the speed connectivity.

I got all I desired and even more. Kvchosting.net proved to be one of the best Support (and overall) experiences I had so far.
I can only hope that this host won’t change their high level services, but to continue to increase their quality.

Rockhoster.com have been fantastic. Their email servers, web servers, etc. have never given me trouble.
Their billing is reliable, their price is great and their service and attention to detail commendable.
