Which VPS is better to sign up with - either rockhoster.com (https://rockhoster.com/linux/) or legionbox.com (https://legionbox.com/virtual-servers/)?

As long as they stick to their guns on not overselling their servers, I don't think I'll ever be looking for a new web host.
I have been with rockhoster.com for a while now and have to say their reliability is great...
