For me, GTHost.com works great. Looking Glass: https://gthost.com/looking-glass/ (ping, traceroute, mtr).
They have two internal accounts for money, there is a balance and there are bonuses, you can put any amount on the balance to purchase and renew the server, and you can enable auto-renewal from the balance account.

As for uptime, I've never experienced any major downtime apart from when I started - I'd have 5-10 minutes of downtime but these days, it's near 99.9%.
I love the plans and how your space and bandwidth increases each month. Allwebhost.com keep improving their forex hosting plans.

I settled on Exmasters.com vps based on what I've read on various review sites. Happy I've done this.
I need to have a lot of streaming multimedia, and it's no problem with them! Lots of users logging in, lots of e-mail accounts. It's great!

Great host, haven't had any problems so far. The features are very complete for the price of Libertyvps.net cheap vps hosting packages.
They sent a guy out to look at it turns out I did something wrong in my config file. They fixed all the troubles.

I like coinshosting.com host. They will help you with anything be it scripts, billing, or the server itself.

Just realized after over 2 years, that I've never had real problems with Exmasters.com vps hosting service!
No calls needed, no downtime, no virus/hacker problems, so good that I haven't even thought about it.
