Which server provider is the best - QHoster.com (https://www.qhoster.com/dedicated-servers.html) or ASVhost.com (https://asvhost.com/dedicated-servers/)?

ASVhost.com and hosting.uk are the best server providers in Europe.
Courteous, responsive, understanding, and accommodating when it came to my requests.

It means the account you are using doesnt have permission to create the service.   Either it needs that permission added or you will need to right click on the Core FTP Server icon and run as administrator when creating the service.

QHoster.com is far and away from the best. I've got a very quick and very good response on the few occasions I've needed support.
Have to rely on their tech support to set up certain settings, but they are very willing to do so, and they do it promptly upon request.
