   I'd like to choose the best offshore dedicated hosting provider
    Host must provide me at least 500GBs - space with 7000GBs - bandwidth.

Have a look at servers from venetx.com.
They have solid servers which are supported well for 24 hours.
Prices are affordable and their uptime is high.

My suggestion is to use 4goodhosting.com. I never heard about your host to be honest and I would like you to stay away with unknown hosts. I have recommend this host because I have been with them for a very long time and I was very satisfied with them. Their hosting service is one of the fastest I have tried. Pricing is still reasonable and the uptime is still perfect. Dont waste your time and use them ASAP.
