I vote for hostsailor.com, I dare say their servers have no glitches on their solid servers.
They cost not much and they have fast and active tech staff. They are active around the clock and fix problems in a webmaster-friendly manner.

Yeah, being hosted at Hostsailor.com is a good opportunity to keep web sites online and accessible around the whole world.
It is a great host and I have referred many friends to them and none of us have ever experienced any problems.

I have decided to use hostsailor.com servers as they are low cost and have a quality webmaster-friendly support.
Servers are well-balanced and there is no downtime on them.
