Which service plan is better to stick to - plusplushosting.net (https://www.plusplushosting.net/web-hosting) or stratus4.com (https://www.stratus4.com/hosting-services/web-hosting/)?

All Plusplushosting.net shared hosting servers are on supermicro servers with SSD drives in raid 10 and over a network and power with 100% uptimes SLA, hosted in US.
The hosting package is coming with a bunch of free software, like 1- Click WordPress installation and unlimited databases.
