Title: need your help in choosing a right server

Hostsailor.com (https://hostsailor.com/dedicated-servers/) and pirateshosting.net  (https://www.pirateshosting.net/)provide solid dedicated servers which are able to satisfy all my needs and I wonder which of them is the best one?

Saving one or two dollars per month is not worth the loss of a few hundred or a few thousand dollars when your site goes down.
