 As I see WebIintellects.com is a quality hosting provider. Their reliability is great, the control panel is easy to use and useful, things work the way they say they will - basically impressed with these guys.

  I think you should have more reliable options to make a proper choice. I have noticed Redswitches.com (http://redswitches.com/) can be good for meeting all your needs. Servers are not pricey ans they work like a clock. Support is knowledgeable and skilful.

I didn't have any experience with both web hosting services.
