As an alternative I can name Kvchosting.com (http://www.kvchosting.com/) services. Their servers are quality and fast, plans are cheap and you can use them without any doubts.

The speeds I am experiencing are awesome. With my previous provider there were some periods where things were fast, and other times things were sluggish. With kvchosting.com, everything is fast.
