Title: VPS to buy from a decent provider ...

Decent VPS accounts are available from kvchosting.net (https://www.kvchosting.net/cheapvpshosting.html) and legionbox.com (https://legionbox.com/virtual-servers/) and I have to sign up with the best one, so which way is better to follow?
