Is it better to use a VPS plan from rockhoster.com (https://rockhoster.com/linux/) or legionbox.com (https://legionbox.com/virtual-servers/) for hosting a blog?

I host numerous websites with Rockhoster.com and am very happy with the cost-effectiveness and all other aspects of service being received.
They keep improving their services, and the size of disk space and bandwidth transfer rate.
