Like rockhoster.com (https://rockhoster.com/) hosting. It places high value on customer support and it shows. They've always had excellent support. Top of the line.

I always look for a few things: Reliability, Support/Knowledge, Price - you get what you pay for really.
Well, rockhoster.com is one of the best hosts I've had the chance to test.
The pricing is very good, especially for what you buy for it.
