Title: VPS deal in Europe ... which one is the best?

I'm looking for a cheap and reliable VPS provider in Europe and two hosts were advise me to try - hosting.co.uk (https://www.hosting.co.uk/vps/) and hostsailor.com (https://hostsailor.com/vps-hosting/), so which way would you follow and why?
Any input is appreciated!
