Shared accounts from libertyvps.net  (https://libertyvps.net/offshore-hosting)and hostingsource.com (https://hostingsource.com/web-hosting/) are provided on sweet terms and I have tio stick to the best one, so which way is better to follow?

Have a look at plans from maxrdp.com and rockhoster.com as they are full-featured and cheap.
I have spoken with every one of the techs, their managers, the sales force, and the president of the company. They are all dedicated to the same thing I am - superior customer experience. That is why I host my sites there and invite all of my clients to do the same.
