I am a webmaster and have had many host over the years, none of them stood behind what they said. Libertyvps.net web host does.

It happened so that hostnamaste.com OpenVZ VPS (https://www.hostnamaste.com/openvz-vps.php) has the best Tech and general support I have experienced and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
I would very highly recommend them to anyone, whether hosting a small site or a big site.
