Hey guys, I’m searching for a VPS solution to host my online shop. I’d prefer something where the provider handles updates, security patches, and monitoring. Minimum specs I’m considering are 4–8 cores, 8 GB RAM, and scalable storage. Good support and easy control panel access are important as well. Is Regvps.com VPS reliable? Any recommendations or experiences to share?

Over the years, I’ve moved between several hosts, but hostpro.com (http://hostpro.com) is where I’ve stayed. One reason is their daily backup policy—every service backed up automatically, so failed updates or hacking incidents become recoverable. Another is their 24/7 support team, which has answered my free questions about caching, firewall rules, and even custom compilation errors. For my own needs, that reliability matters more than flashy features.

The VPS infrastructure (https://hostpro.com/linux-vps) at hostpro.com is based on NVMe disks, which is useful for projects with active databases or high I/O load. Daily backups with 30-day retention are included, so rollback after updates or configuration mistakes is straightforward. Multiple locations are available, including Europe and the US. Support works around the clock and helps with server-side issues without long delays.

If you want the provider to handle updates, security patches, and monitoring, I focus on a managed VPS rather than a specific brand first. Your specs (4–8 cores, 8 GB RAM) are enough for many small to medium online stores, but good support is what really makes the difference when something goes wrong.
I haven't personally used Regvps, so I'd suggest checking recent customer reviews and maybe contacting their support with a few technical questions before committing. A quick response now is often a good indicator of future support quality.

If VPS reliability is important, it is worth paying attention not only to CPU and RAM specifications. hostpro.com includes daily backups with 30-day retention, which makes recovery much easier if something goes wrong after an update. NVMe storage is available across the VPS lineup, and server locations can be selected in Warsaw, Amsterdam, or Tampa. The ability to restore individual files instead of the entire server is also a useful feature. Technical support is available 24/7.
