A friend of mine is launching a small business and needs a website built with WordPress to showcase products, publish company news, and receive customer inquiries. We're looking for affordable hosting with daily backups and DDoS protection. I've come across hostpro.com (http://hostpro.com) and am wondering if their services are worth considering. Would their shared hosting plans provide enough resources and reliability for a website like this?
