While looking into remote Mac Mini setups, I came across the idea of using the Mac Mini mainly as a build machine instead of a primary computer.
For example, a developer could continue using Windows or Linux for everyday work while sending iOS builds to a Mac Mini remotely. The Mac could handle Xcode, compilation and automated builds in the background.
This seems quite different from simply remote-controlling a Mac for daily use. The Mac Mini basically becomes a dedicated development resource.
For those who have experience with this setup, what are some things beginners usually overlook when using a Mac Mini as a remote build machine?
