Think that you will not regret having looked at Aspnix.com (http://aspnix.com/) servers (USA and Germany location).
The tools provided are great. Pricing is reasonable.

Already  i hosted my own site with a help of TheWebPole.com (http://www.thewebpole.com/hosting/dedicated-servers.aspx?ci=1785&prog_id=456994) Their sever speed is good.I never had any server down problem.So next i will try  your hosting.

 I have noticed Zeropid.com (http://www.zeropid.com/) can be good for meeting all your needs. Servers are not pricey ans they work like a clock. Support is knowledgeable and skilful.

I think you should definitely give a chance to AJKservers (http://www.ajkservers.co.uk/) plans. Their uptime and reliability has been outstanding. Servers are solid stable and never have a problem.
