How stable and reliable are servers from Exmasters.com?
Can you share reviews of them?

Check out servers from a2hosting.com or snelserver.com.
They have solid servers which are well-administrated.
Prices are not high and their services are based on reliability and server stability.

You will not go wrong if you choose hostingsource.com windows or linux dedicated servers.
The prices are higher but they do not oversell and you get what you pay for.
Everything is simply amazing and has remained consistently so.

Check out servers which crookservers.com and hostsailor.com provide.
Their servers are well-balanced and uptime is high.
Prices are rock-bottom.

I didn't have any experience with Exmasters web hosting deal. but you can check their feedback and reviews in various web hosting forums and review sites. Customer feedback is very important to know more about your chosen host.If you find any negative feedback about their hosting don't go that hosting.According to me ,I would suggest you to visit TheWebPole.com (http://www.thewebpole.com/hosting/dedicated-servers.aspx?ci=1785&prog_id=456994)  They will provide good server speed.Recently i hosted my own site here.I never had any problem.So only i recommend this one.I hope it will be very useful to you.
