VPS accounts from asvhost.com and libertyvps.net are nice for me and need to know which plan is the best for hosting a forum with?

It may seem a bit irresistible to search and compare different webhosting packages - the hosting market is so competitive.

Try to look at rockhoster.com and their low-cost vps hosting (http://www.rockhoster.com) accounts (OpenVZ and KVM) - Netherlands.
They accept Bitcoin. Easily create and manage databases.

Well, Libertyvps.net NL web host has been a wonderful provider. Their support has always been responsive, they don't lock down the server to the point of uselessness, and the connection speeds (including ftp) are much better than my previous host. Highly recommend this web host!
