Title: Server to buy from a decent provider ...

Servers from asvhost.com (https://asvhost.com/dedicated-servers/) and oissite.com (https://oissite.com/dedicated-hosting/) are good for me and need to now which plan should I  try?

I would normally look for in below order:
Support (Technical support is very important), Value for Price (you will get what you pay for), Uptime, Reliability!

On the account of the fact, can recommend these hosts: Hostunmetered.net (http://www.Hostunmetered.net) and Cloudarion.com (http://www.Cloudarion.com)

Take your time to consider digitalserver.com.mx Mexico dedicated servers (https://www.digitalserver.com.mx/servidores-dedicados-en-mexico.shtml) - the price for them is great. Great host, haven't had any problems so far.
I like their tech support, where you can talk to their support team on msn, but they aren't on 24/7 which would be better.

Reports are Wayland are getting better never had an issue myself and when they have specials Batman can be rather cheap. Coolminiornot is also a good place to get them.

The things I like about centohost.com dedicated servers (https://www.centohost.com/dedicated_servers.php) are:
 - servers respond fast, and I've never experienced downtime,
 - features are very good.
I am quite happy using their hosting services.
