Title: Low cost VPS account to sign up with ... for forum

I plan to host a forum and two hosts are in my mind: QHoster.com (https://www.qhoster.com/linux-vps.html) and Legionbox.com (https://legionbox.com/virtual-servers/). So which plan would you stick to?
