The best hosts are: asvhost.com (https://asvhost.com/) and hostingsource.com (https://www.hostingsource.com/).
They truly have the best service. Not to mention, great speed and amazing support.

LusoVPS.com reliability has been very good. Performace is excellent, twice as fast as last host on both upload and download. Just ping their domain and compare with some others.
