Offshore dedicated servers?

Hey guys,

I'm looking for a dedicated server.
Can be both managed or unmanaged.
Specs wise I'm looking for at least the following.
4-6 Core Xeon (like L5640 or E5-1650 v2, ect..)
SSD drives (100GB should be good)
16 to 64 GB of RAM
10TB+ Bandwidth
1 Gbit/s connection
---
What can you tell me about Pirateshosting.com reliability? Are their offshore dedicated servers stable?

   I have noticed Exmasters.com can be good for meeting all your needs. Servers are not pricey ans they work like a clock. Support is knowledgeable and skillful.

Servers from ir-hosting.com and wmd.hosting are not overloaded and they cost not much.
Support is active for 24 hours. Their servers are good for hosting any websites with.

Well, Pirateshosting.net have been an amazing host. Support is quick and extremely helpful.
All of my issues and questions were answered within a few minutes at most, and the issues themselves were quickly resolved as well.

 As for me Exmasters.com is the best option to get server plans. They are providing reasonable deals with high performance and stability. Support is knowledgeable and responsive.

I was impressed by Pirateshosting.net configuration:
Dual-XEON E5450 3.0GHz 4-Cores, 16GB RAM, 450GB SAS HDD for $220/mo.
According to my experience, this hosting host has been rock solid from the beginning.
