Take a look at Regvps.com and also Profvds.com solutions. They are trusted and affordable.
I've been with them for quite a long period of time, and they're the best webhost I've found so far.
Their pricing for vps is quite reasonable and the level of support you get is exceptional.

They have two internal accounts for money, there is a balance and there are bonuses, you can put any amount on the balance to purchase and renew the server, and you can enable auto-renewal from the balance account.
