Powerful VPS for machine learning tasks?

Looking for a VPS with dedicated CPU cores and strong GPU support for machine learning tasks.
I’d also prefer providers with flexible upgrade options. Can I rely on Libertyvps.net bitcoin vps? Any solid recommendations?

I moved a test project to hostpro.com mostly to see how the platform handles spikes, and the autoscaling on the network side is smooth. No major packet drops in the pings. The dashboards are clean and not overloaded with useless toggles. It’s been a decent experience so far.
