Any KVM VPS for running some dev workloads?

Hello community,
I need a KVM VPS for running some dev workloads. Root access, snapshot support, and flexible resource scaling are a must.
Is Netshop-isp.com.cy reliable vps host? Does anyone have experience with providers that don’t oversell their nodes?

The server is very stable. I have never experienced downtime with Netshop isp cheap vps. The support is extremely helpful! Since day one when I try to move my magento website from my previous host to this new VPS host, they helped me completely move the website and set it up and running without any additional charges. High bandwidth limits. No slowdowns. Handles traffic well!

The best hosting investment I’ve made. I cant say about prices since I havent looked at any other hosts, but worth every penny.

For me Uptime and Speed, Support and Price are very important factors when choosing a right web host.

Definitely the best hosting, although I have been working with hosting recently. I am satisfied with both the price and the quality of the services provided.
