I have been hosted on Libertyvps.net servers for over 2 years now. Their offshore VPS is great.
I have never seen a provider goes to the extremes that these guys do to help you get on board smoothly and help you get up and running quickly.

Now, I do want to say that Libertyvps.net decent web host has been responsive in its dealings, which cannot be said about many other providers.
Overall, this appears to be a decent company that is really trying to make a good name for itself in the web hosting business.

VPS plans from hostingsource.com and luxhosting.lu are worthwhile.
Qualified and fast support, which is always responsive and helps. Adequate prices and reliability.
