Choosing a cheap and reliable server

QHoster.com and suisserack.com servers are in my mind and I wonder which one is better to sign up with and why?

I started with QHoster.com - and I am impressed from the start.
I moved my personal site to their servers and was so impressed with their service I ended up moving all my sites with the exception of one (it will be moved next week) to them.
Highly recommended.

IMHO, exmasters.com is a great host - their dedicated servers are affordable with an immense number of features.

Host IT Smart one of the best and cheapest hosting provider company. Their dedicated server is cheapest compared to others.

I know Swisslayer.com is more than a good host. They're great. Fantastic even. Their offshore servers are good.
I'm paying half of what I was paying at my other host! I want to add my site is ultra-fast these days and I'm a very happy customer.
