Servers from owned-networks.net and hostingsource.com are provided on sweet terms and I hasve to select the best one, so which way is better to follow?

Always received prompt assistance and no billing issues. Kvchosting.net is the host you can rely on - their team is professionals.
If you just need a cheap way to get online with Apache, MySQL, and PHP/Python/Perl/etc, it is the best option.

I have found the speed of the site overall is fine, downloads are faster than the old dedicated server and I have not yet experienced any downtime with them.
Hostingsource.com is not the first webhost I hosted with and I can say the support is one of the most important things to look at when selecting a webhost.
