Need VPS Linux Malta Server

I`m looking for a long term Linux VPS for a few sites.
Budget $ 20 + any taxes if applicable
Min 2 core CPU, Min 2GB Ram, Min 50GB HDD, Min 25GB Traffic
Location Malta.
Any established web hosting providers you can recommend?
Is NetShop-isp.com.cy web host reliable? Will it be worth trying them?

VPS accounts from inet.ws and hostsailor.com are worth trying as their servers are well-balanced with quality support and affordable prices. Companies faithfully perform all their obligations.

All I can say NETSHOP offers an exceptional value, reliable technology, and very good customer support.
My site has never been down. I have used their technical support many times. I also liked their cpanel control panel better than other control panel interfaces I have used.
