Do you know anything about them?

I think exmasters.com is awesome they get back to me fast and they answer all my questions!
Uptime is high enough (no downtime noticed). Support replies fast with no delays. Also they have really nice prices for such a level of the service.

I asked in Exmasters.com support ticket if there's any way they keep backups of our sites.
They have been just as responsive on previous occasions when issues came up transferring domain names or reconfiguring software.
They are always willing to take that extra step.

Support is always very kind and helpful they are reachable via phone call, so it is easy for you to explain what you need to get fixed if there is a problem.
