After joining Hosting UK for some cPanel hosting from another UK based provider, so far the experience has been great. I have since opened two support tickets which were both dealt within within 1 - 2 hours.
Firstly there was a PHP feature not enabled which we required - support enabled this promptly.
The second support ticket was to get Lets Encrypt enabled on two domains - surprisingly the option isn't in the cPanel at the moment for customers to manage themselves however again, it was promptly enabled for the domains and I have been informed that in future the plugin may be installed. I hope this is the case as it's the 'norm' these days.
