Dedicated Server Suggestion

Hello,
I want dedicated server, please suggest me which provider is good for me as per my requirement.
Budget 140-150$
Processor E3 1230v2, Ram 16GB, Hard Disk 1TB x 2, Bandwidth Normal 3tb, 5tb
Need good uptime and support for OS reload etc.
I searched GigaPros dedicated servers. Do you think I can trust them?
What other hosts can you recommend me to visit?

Been with NetShop ISP for over 6 months, they "Rock". Highly recommend their dedicated server hosting solutions.
My uptime is significantly higher than it was with my previous host. Speed and access to servers is great, feature to price ratio is hard to beat.

I believe there's a sense in making comparison research for their plans. Just check out HostSailor.com and also Bullten.com web servers.
The combination of quality and cheapness makes them attractive for the greater part of the web masters.

IMHO, Rightservers.com dedicated servers will serve your needs. It's unbelievable to get such great service at such a good price.
Their service offers me a lot of freedom when creating/modifying my sites with support for PHP, MySQL, PERL and all that good stuff.

Try to widen your search in order to compare pricing and features with few more providers.
